How is the programme delivered?
Depending on the nature of the repairs to be carried out on your home, before any work starts you should expect:
- A visit by the survey team, where a survey will be carried out to identify what works are required.
- At this visit the customer liaison officer (CLO) will explain what work will be carried out, and how it affects you and your family.
- A 21 day notification letter, informing you of the week commencing date when the work will start.
- A 7 day notification letter informing you of the date the work will start.
- An introductory visit by the CLO whereby they can collect information about each tenant and leaseholder.
- The CLO will contact you before work starts to remind you of how to prepare for the work and to complete a condition report for your home.
