About Us
Committee structure
Sandwell Home's Audit Committee purpose is to monitor and process the internal controls of the Company and to ensure that it is operating at appropriate levels of risk and in compliance with the Code of Audit Practice. The Audit Committee meet approximately 4 times a year. Meetings are open to the public however, some agenda items are deemed private and are not for public consumption.
