The Scrutiny Board is made up of Nine Tenants and One Leaseholder.  The Scrutiny Board will examine how Sandwell Homes services are performing and make recommendations for improvements to the Company Board.

The recruitment for one Leaseholder is ongoing.  The Chair of the Scrutiny Board will be selected upon full compliment of it's membership.
