The Sandwell Homes Business and Delivery Plan is a three-year plan which is updated annually.
The Business Plan sets the priorities of the organisation for the forthcoming financial year whilst the Delivery Plan explains what steps we will take to achieve it.

The Delivery Plan reflects the Management Agreement between Sandwell Council, who own the housing stock in the borough and Sandwell Homes who are responsible for delivering housing services to tenants and leaseholders.
