In order to achieve our vision the organisation has continued with our change agenda ensuring service delivery is influenced by service users and challenged by robust service reviews.
One of our key missions for 2005 / 2006 was to achieve a 2 Star Rating from the Audit Commission to enable us to access up to £319 million of additional grants from the government for the Decent Homes Programme.
