Board Structure
Sandwell Homes is managed by a board of 18 Non-Executive Directors. The Board is made up of 6 tenants from across the borough. 6 Councillors and 6 independent people, chosen for their specialist knowledge, skills and experience.
This will ensure that no one group is in a majority and that there is a spread of representation across the borough. This is a voluntary position and board members are not paid for their services to Sandwell Homes.
