Housing Service Panels

Within the Tenant Participation Compact Sandwell Homes Service has 6 Housing Service Panels, one in each of its 6 Towns, Oldbury, Rowley Regis, Smethwick, Tipton, Wednesbury and West Bromwich.

The Panels consist of tenants and leaseholders. They meet approximately 4 times per year to discuss, consider and advise on issues that are relevant to their specific town. The Panels involvement in the last 12 months have included consultation on service standards and local compacts.
