What is a housing service centre?

Housing service centres are situated in recognised town centres or high street locations - they provide a 'one stop' housing service and aim to resolve as many enquiries as possible at the first point of contact.

All telephone enquiries are dealt with by our Customer Service Centre.

What is a neighbourhood office?

Located primarily within large residential areas, they provide a dedicated reception facility to a high standard and will be open from 9am to 5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm Fridays (please note these offices will continue to close at 1pm on either Wednesday or Thursday).

What is an estate office?

Estate offices provide 'intensive' estate management and offer local housing surgeries.
