When all of the work in your home has been completed it will then be inspected. You will be asked to sign a form to say that you are satisfied with the standard of work. 

You will also be asked to complete a satisfaction survey. The information contained within the survey is important as it allows us to monitor the service that we provide, and to make improvements in the future.
