Depending on the work to be carried out to your home, you should expect:

• Work to take place between 8 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, but we may call anytime between these hours (unless other arrangements have been made with you).

• Operatives may not need to work in your home everyday due to the nature of the works.

• All staff and operatives have identification badges with photographs on them.  We will show you these before we enter your home on each visit.

• We will visit your home regularly during works to ensure that work is being carried out correctly.

• We will treat your home and your belongings with respect.

• We will take precautions to protect your furniture and carpets (protective flooring and dustsheets will be used).

• Our staff and operatives will be polite and courteous.

• We will keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

• We will not play radios, use bad language, smoke or use your electricity, water or gas.

• We will clean up and make sure all rubbish is removed at the end of every working day.

• We will make sure you have cooking, washing and toilet facilities at the end of every working day.

• We will make sure your home is safe and secure at the end of every working day.
