You can help us by:

• Allowing us access into your home to carry out the work when requested.

• If you are unable to let our staff in, maybe you could make arrangements for someone else you trust to open the door.

• Please inform your Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) of any planned holidays, working hours and health conditions.

• Do not leave under 16's with the responsibility of granting access to your home.

• Follow any requests to move furniture and belongings and ask for assistance where you cannot do this.

• Remove any ornaments or valuables away from work areas and access routes.

• Please ensure children and pets are supervised whilst work is being carried out.

• Please follow any advice or safety notices put up by the Site Manager during works.
