This Anti - Harassment Policy confirms Sandwell Homes’ commitment to deal with all incidents involving its’ tenants and residents promptly and positively, ensuring that they are able to live in any part of Sandwell free from harassment, intimidation and victimisation.

This Corporate Equality Scheme reflects Sandwell Homes
commitment to eliminating discrimination, promoting equality of
opportunity and promoting positive relations between different groups.
Our Scheme is in two sections. Section one sets out our commitment
to equality on key issues such as collecting information, monitoring
services and consulting service users. Section two is a three-year
action plan that shows that actions and targets we have set to comply
with the duties.
