Sandwell Homes employs a community involvement team of seven, consisting of a community involvement manager and six community involvement officers.

You will see that there are named community involvement officers with primary responsibility for the six towns and the groups within them.

As well as taking responsibility for tenant engagement in their named towns the Community Involvement Officers are also work with various diversity portfolios to ensure that the views of all tenants are represented and that Sandwell Homes is a fully inclusive organisation.

Each officer will also take responsibility for delivering a number of key projects where the company seeks tenants views on how services are delivered and how they can be improved.
