Housing Service Panels
Within the Tenant Participation Agreement Sandwell MBC has six housing service panels, one in each of its towns, Oldbury, Rowley Regis, Smethwick, Tipton, Wednesbury and West Bromwich. The panels can consist of tenants, leaseholders and owner occupiers. They meet approximately four times per year to discuss, consider and advise on issues that are relevant to their specific town. The panels involvement in the last 12 months has included consultation on service standards and local compacts. Each town has the following Sandwell MBC Officer links and support: Oldbury
