As a council tenant or leaseholder, you have the right to be consulted on all matters affecting your tenancy or the housing services you receive.
The Sandwell Tenant Participation Agreement
The Sandwell Tenant Participation Agreement is an agreement between Sandwell tenants and leaseholders, Sandwell Homes, Sandwell Council and Sandwell Community Information & Participation Services Ltd (SCIPS). It sets out how you can be involved in developing and monitoring the housing service in Sandwell to ensure it meets your needs and the needs of other tenants.
