You will need to fill in an application form, which you can obtain from your Neighbourhood Office or Estate Office or one of the property shops . If you need assistance filling in the form a member of staff will help you. Your application form will be checked to ensure you are eligible to apply for a property.

If you do not qualify we will write to you and tell you the reasons why. If your application is in order we will register you and send you a letter, telling you your membership number.

Identification and proof of residence is required with your registration form. Once you have been advised of your membership number you can express interest in available properties, advertised on a weekly basis.
