Housing Options and Advice
Other Housing Providers
Housing Associations (also known as Registered Social Landlords RSLs) provide affordable housing for rent and other initiatives to help people own their home.
All Housing Associations have policies detailing how new homes will be allocated or let. Housing Associations advertise their properties available for rent through our Sandwell Homes Property Shops.
In Sandwell there are approximately 20 Housing Associations managing over 5000 houses. Some offer specialist accommodation to people with particular support needs. If you consider yourself to be homeless or threatened with homelessness please call our Housing Options Service for assistance.
