Sandwell Homes advertises properties which are available to rent on a weekly basis on behalf of Sandwell Council. In addition to this we also advertise properties on behalf of Registered Social Landlords and some Private Accredited Landlords. Members may apply for these properties in the same way, but the registered social landlords and private landlords will set their own criteria and undertake their own short listing.

Each weekly advertising cycle runs from Wednesday morning to midnight on the following Monday. Each week a property shop newsletter is produced giving details of properties which are available for the current week. The newsletter will contain individual advertisements normally containing a photograph, the name of the street or block where the property is located, the property type, the family types who are eligible to apply for the property, the rent and any other relevant details.
