Report a repair?

You should tell us as soon as possible when you think your home needs a repair. Your repair should be reported to the Operations & Development Centre on 0121 569 6000.

You can also report your repair by phone, fax, online, in person, in writing or by e-mail. When you report your repair (or if someone is reporting it on your behalf), there is certain information we will need off you.

Please have the following details ready:

Your name
Your address
A phone number where we can contact you during the day
Tell us dates and times when someone will be in to allow access
Tell us as much about the repair as possible (click here for the the handy step-by-step guide to common repairs)

Any special details the person coming to your home should know, for example, if you have a disability and need time to answer the door.
