Tenants Participation Agreement
The Sandwell Tenants Participation Compact is an agreement between Sandwell tenants and leaseholders, Sandwell Homes, Sandwell Council and Sandwell Community Information & Participation Services Ltd (SCIPS).
It sets out how you can be involved in developing and monitoring the housing service in Sandwell to ensure it meets your needs and the needs of other tenants.
