Repairs
Access To Your Home
We will, at various times, require access to your property, for example to inspect a repair or to service your gas appliances.
 Under your tenancy agreement you must allow us access to your property at any time between 8:00am and 8:00pm and at any other time in an emergency.
We will give prior notice where possible.
“Access” also includes moving furniture and lifting carpets yourself to allow repairs and inspections to be undertaken.
Carpets are your responsibility and Sandwell Homes cannot be held responsible if they have to be lifted or removed to carry out a repair.
