Reporting A Repair

You should tell us as soon as possible when you think your home needs a repair. Your repair should be reported to your local repair centre.

You can report your repair by phone, fax, in person, in writing or by eMail. You can also log a request online here. When you report your repair, or if someone is reporting it on your behalf, there is certain information we will need from you. Please have the following details ready:
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • A phone number where we can contact you during the day
  • Dates and Times when someone will be in to allow access
  • As much information as possible about the repair (the handy step-by-step guide in the Tenants’ Handbook will help)
  • Any special details the person coming to your home should know, eg, if you have a disability and need time to answer the door
