Anti-Social Behaviour
Partnership working Sandwell Homes believes in making a difference by working in partnership no one problem can be solved in isolation. Sandwell Homes are proud to work with its many partners to address issues within local communities and ultimately work towards our mission to "Improve the quality of life for people in Sandwell by providing quality housing and excellent services to enable healthy living in safe and sustainable neighbourhoods". Tackling anti-social behaviour together Sandwell Homes is a vital partner in the Tasking Process, which is a multi agency approach where all partners come together to look at helping each other to address issues within local communities across the borough Sandwell Tasking Process. We are part of the Safer Sandwell Partnership to find out about the over arching objectives follow this link Safer Sandwell Partnership. We have strong relations and work closely with Street Wardens Sandwell Homes contributes funds towards the service and have dedicated wardens who patrol and focus on Sandwell Homes properties. Sandwell Homes has a Victim Centred Approach, Sandwell Homes works with Victim Support West Midlands and has officers trained in Visual Evidence for Victims (VEV). Sandwell Homes works in partnership with Race Equality Sandwell to tackle hate crime, Sandwell Homes believes in equality and will not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination or intimidation.
