Oldbury

The Town of Oldbury is located in the centre of the borough and it comprises of the wards of Oldbury, Bristnall, Langley and Old Warley. It has the headquarters of Sandwell MBC located in the town centre.

The Oldbury Town has internal boundaries with Tipton to the North West, West Bromwich to the North, Smethwick to the East and Rowley to the West (divided by the New Birmingham Road north of Birchley Island) It also has external boundaries with Dudley to the West and Birmingham and Dudley to the South (divided by the Hagley Road and M5 respectively).

Oldbury has excellent transport links with comprehensive bus services, the main railway station for the borough and an easy access to the motorway network.

Oldbury town centre offers a good range of retail outlets including the Savacentre supermarket , an open air market and the Oldbury Green retail park.
