Reporting a repair
You should tell us as soon as possible when you think your home needs a repair. Your repair should be reported to our Repairs Contact Centre: Repairs Team You can report your repair by phone, fax, in person, in writing or by email. You can also log a request online here. When you report your repair, or if someone is reporting it on your behalf, there is certain information we will need from you. Please have the following details ready: ::

Emergency repairs out Of hours Sandwell Homes provides an emergency call-out service which deals with emergency repairs outside normal working hours.
