Your Welfare
Floating support services Sandwell Homes has a team of support officers who provide short term support to vulnerable people in their own homes in each of the six towns in Sandwell. The support officers are based at two locations - one in the north of the borough at the Millennium Centre, Friar Park, Wednesbury, and one in the south of the borough at Bristnall Neighbourhood Office, Beeches Road, Oldbury.  The north teams cover Wednesbury, Tipton and West Bromwich and the south team covers Oldbury, Smethwick and Rowley. Floating support officers are available:
The length of time you receive support from your support officer will depend upon your particular needs.
