Arrangements can be made to collect bulky items but there is a charge for this service. These items will be removed from outside your home.
 If you live in a block of flats either ask the concierge or at the local office, if there is somewhere they can be placed awaiting removal. Never block communal walkways, stairwells, or communal areas.
