External Caretaking
Our External Caretaking teams are on site between the hours of 7.30am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday. The service is provided via a Service Level Agreement with Sandwell’s Ground Care Services.
 This element of the service covers remote sites throughout the borough, such as car parks, drying areas, remote blocks of low-rise flats, walkways etc.
Supervisors from Ground Care Services, monitor staff performance and ensure that they carry their duties out to the best of their abilities.
Regular quality audits are undertaken by Facilities Management Staff to ensure the services delivered meet the required standards.
Grounds Maintenance
The maintenance of common grassed areas, shrub beds, trees, etc is delivered by Ground Care Services under a Service Level Agreement.
