Claims Investigation
Claims for compensation are made via our insurers Sandwell Council for any accident or incident that someone believes is Sandwell Homes fault.
It is important to realise that public liability insurance covers Sandwell Homes. It is not a substitute for the tenants making their own arrangements to cover their belongings.
Claims can be submitted on a form available at any Neighbourhood Office or from Council House Smethwick.
